step 1

Next download this file sendsms.zip  . and edit the file(instructions are given in this files).
open sendsms.php and set the value of  $my_email = email that get from above step .
and $from_email = Your email id that you used when sign up!
(This is a script that send a sms to you when user comments ! you could modify it and use for many other purposes.)

step 3


Extract the file and upload to your server using a ftp clint(how ?) .
